Cosmetic surgery is on the brink of dramatic innovation. Within my practice and throughout the world the focus is shifting to minimally invasive procedures and the use of fat grafting and the stem cells that compromise about 10% of the lipoaspirate reinjected into patients faces, breasts, buttocks, hands and even other evolving anatomic regions.
